Darren has more than 12 years of commercial banking experience and has been a member of BlackRidgeBANK since it was founded in 2007. As BlackRidgeBANK’s President, Darren’s focus is providing consultative and customized commercial lending solutions. With extensive experience in conventional and unconventional financing programs and loan structures, Darren provides commercial customers with sound advice, a common-sense approach to banking and fast turnaround times. In his personal time, Darren enjoys spending time with his wife and children and staying active in the community.
Laurie Pulkrabek
Operations Manager
Laurie has spent her entire professional career in banking. As operations manager, she relies on her extensive background in management, operations and retail banking to ensure that BlackRidgeBANK customers receive only the highest levels of quality and functionality. In her spare time, Laurie enjoys reading, going to the lake, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Marc Knutson
Commercial Loan Officer
Marc has more than five years of experience in the banking industry. As a commercial loan officer with BlackRidgeBANK, he enjoys creating customized lending solutions that fit his clients’ needs. A native of Fargo, Marc is a 2006 graduate of North Dakota State University, with a degree in business administration and a concentration in finance. In his spare time, Marc enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, working on cars and enjoying the outdoors.
Pam Burnside
Consumer Loan Officer
Pam has more than 20 years of experience in banking, and has extensive expertise in lending, service and management. As Consumer Loan Officer, she focuses on creating ideal lending solutions for our customers and providing outstanding service. Pam prides herself on always getting the job done on time. In the summer, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family. In the winter, she can be found at the ice rink as a very proud hockey mom.
Jenni Kirchhevel
Cash Management Officer
Jenni has over nine years of banking experience in various capacities including audit, compliance, risk management, lending, operations and personal/commercial banking. As the Cash Management Officer with BlackRidgeBANK, Jenni identifies deposit solutions to meet our commercial clients' everyday needs. She goes above and beyond expectations to create an outstanding banking experience for clients. Jenni is a South Dakota State University graduate with a degree in Consumer Affairs. In her spare time, Jenni enjoys running, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Brent Herman
Credit Analyst
Brent graduated from Ohio University with majors in Accounting and Finance. He has ten years of experience in the banking industry and enjoys helping create solutions for customers. Brent brings extensive knowledge in commercial credit analysis, loan structuring, and the overall credit administrative process. His time spent working directly with the commercial lenders provides efficiencies to the department which in turn leads to improved client responsiveness and satisfaction. In his spare time, Brent enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and enjoying the lake.
Dana Rinke
Commercial Banking Assistant / Credit Analyst
A native of Fargo, Dana is a 2009 graduate of the University of North Dakota. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration with concentrations in entrepreneurship and marketing. He provides support to the commercial lending staff in a number of capacities in an effort to maintain the level of service and responsiveness that our clients have come to appreciate. In his free time, Dana enjoys spending time with his friends, hunting, and spending time at the lakes.
